Our hosting service is concerned about server space and terrorism so they have instituted a policy of restricting and then deleting Email accounts that show no activity. Even if you have us forward all of your messages to another address, you still MUST log onto your account using a POP3 client or the webmail system periodically to avoid losing the account.

You have many options with our system, storing your email or forwarding it to another email address, and we can even block all mail from troublesome address or even whole domains upon request.
