DRA Membership Info

Back to the DRA Home Page

The DRA is a non-profit Amateur Radio club that owns and maintains two VHF and two UHF repeaters in New Castle County, Delaware. Our sole source of funding is from our modest annual dues, so naturally, we encourage anyone who is interested to become a member!

Join the DRA today!

By joining the DRA, you will enjoy QSO's on repeaters you are actually helping to support. You will also help us keep the repeater on the air to ensure reliable communications in time of emergency. You can attend our quarterly meetings, eat lots of doughnuts and coffee, and railroad your friends into high-level executive positions with many responsibilities, little power and only personal satisfaction as a reward for all the time and effort invested.

Dues are $20 per calendar year, $10 after June. Family membership is available for $30 per year ($15 after June) and covers all family members at one address.

There is one way to join right now. Fill out and mail in a DRA Form 610 if you would rather pay by check. We're still under construction so our web payment is currently not available from this page.

Meetings

DRA meetings are currently held quarterly on the second Tuesdays of March, June, September, and December, conditions permitting. Directions to the meeting are available here. Additional informal meetings are planned for the Spring and Fall, time and place TBA.

Etc.

The DRA is proud to be an affiliated body under the policies of the Board of Directors of the ARRL. The DRA is incorporated in the state of Delaware and is a tax exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code.
