The Delaware Repeater Association has been in continuous existence since the late 1960s. We were the second repeater in the third call district licensed as an entity when FCC decided to license repeaters separately. Back when WR3ABA was the callsign, we only had one repeater, the 146.730 machine north of Wilmington, De. Now we have six “voice” repeaters, along with a packet repeater that’s open to all hams within the area.
